It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the website of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Primary School. Our fundamental aim is to be a high achieving school at the heart of our Catholic community which we serve, living out the gospel virtues and teachings of Christ in all that we do. Our mission statement ‘Learning together, Achieving together, in Christ’ also celebrates our essential “togetherness”, underpins every aspect of school life and permeates through our school community.

Based within the Archdiocese of Southwark and the London Borough of Merton. SS Peter & Paul Catholic primary school is a very happy, vibrant and supportive school where children and staff are encouraged to give their best at all times and in all they do. We recognise that every child is unique and has gifts, talents and experiences that need to be nurtured and fostered in order that they develop holistically within our care. To this end, our broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum continues to develop and evolve as we work together to ensure that all our children unlock their true potential.

We are immensely proud to serve a culturally diverse community and we place acceptance and respect of each member at the heart of everything we do, trusting that this is a cornerstone to school life where all are warmly welcomed and embraced. We know that partnerships with parents are key to a child’s success at school, thus we seek to provide opportunities where parents engage, learn and develop alongside their child in school.

It is our aim that every child’s primary school years here at SS Peter & Paul are truly memorable and that we lay the firm foundations upon which every child can Aspire, Believe and Achieve. We have high aspirations that they will leave our school community high-school-ready, equipped with the knowledge, skills and experiences they need for the next stage of their learning journey as well as the desire, self-confidence and belief in their ability to be lifelong learners, knowing that they will always have a place at SS Peter & Paul, where their dreams, ambitions and future began.
